A resident since 2006, Patricia brings 15 years of community leadership experience and a passion for preserving our waterfront lifestyle.

Vice President

David is a retired architect who moved to Mermaid Pointe in 2010. He chairs the Architectural Review Committee.

Maria Santos

Treasurer

A CPA with over 20 years of experience, Maria oversees the HOA's finances and ensures fiscal responsibility.

James Whitfield

Secretary

James is a local attorney and long-time resident who manages meeting records and HOA correspondence.

Angela Brooks

Member-at-Large

Angela has been a resident since 2012 and actively champions community social events and volunteer initiatives.

Oversees landscaping contracts, common area maintenance, and seasonal plantings.

Plans and coordinates community social events, holiday celebrations, and gatherings.

Finance & Budget

Chair: Maria Santos

Manages annual budgets, reserve studies, and financial planning for the association.

Safety & Security

Chair: Thomas Reed

Coordinates with security services and addresses safety concerns within the community.
