Download the Architectural Review Application from the Documents page. Complete the form, attach any relevant plans or photos, and submit it to the management office. The Architectural Review Committee meets monthly and will respond within 30 days.
HOA assessments are due quarterly on January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1. Payments can be made by check mailed to the management office or through the resident portal (coming soon). Late payments are subject to a $25 fee after a 15-day grace period.
The clubhouse is available for resident events on a first-come, first-served basis. Contact the management office at least two weeks in advance to check availability. A refundable $200 security deposit is required along with a signed rental agreement.
For after-hours emergencies involving common areas (burst pipes, downed trees, security gate malfunctions), call the emergency line at (555) 234-9999. For issues within your home, please contact your own service providers. During business hours, call the main office at (555) 234-5678.
The resident portal is currently under development and will be available soon. Once live, you'll receive login credentials via email. The portal will allow you to view your account, make payments, submit requests, and access community documents.
